As more companies move to a mobile workforce and work with freelancers from all over the world, it can be a challenge for managers to track their work. Luckily, Worklog360 has developed a tool that make freelancers’ time tracking as simple as managing employees who work onsite.
No more manual tracking or Excel sheets
Using the new feature, you will cope with the timesheet approvals of your freelancers within seconds. With Worklog360 you will quickly review the monthly timesheets with all the information at one place, approve or reject them, and then continue with billing.
Here is how it works
First you need to create a new team with one or more freelancers who work on a specific project.
Freelancers submit their timesheet for approval at the end of every month. They can submit it to one or multiple reviewers. The selected reviewers can then review and either approve, or reject the timesheet. Worklog360 lets you review timesheets in the Teams view, where you will immediately see if the specific freelancer has already submitted or not their timesheet.
Submitting Monthly Timesheets for approval
- Select Monthly view in the Worklog360 navigation.
- In the Teams view, select the team with the freelancer for which you want to approve or reject timesheets.
- Click Submit button at the top-left.

Approving or Rejecting Timesheets in the Teams View
- Select Teams in the Worklog360 navigation button..
- In the Teams view, select the team with the freelancer for which you want to approve or reject timesheets.
- Click Approvals at the top-right.
- You can approve or reject any timesheets that are under the status submitted.
- To review a timesheet for a single freelancer, click Review.
- To approve or reject a timesheet for a single freelancer, click Approve or Reject.

Payroll made easier
Timesheet approvals can be incorporated no matter which payment approach you choose. Export the data in pdf file and send it to your payment department.
Stay on top of work as a freelancer
Recorded time keeping brings a number of benefits to the freelancer, as well. These include accurate measurement of time and costs, improved accuracy of future estimates, converting time tracking data into an invoice and so on.
