How to track time-off and overtime in Jira with Worklog360

Tracking the working hours of your team is essential but so is tracking their time-off. With Worklog360 you can now monitor sick time, holidays, overtime, and other leave types. This information will be added to the timesheet for approval (read more here) and once approved, it will generate a report ready for payroll. Easy as pie!

Why you need a time-off and overtime tracking tool?

Here is how it works

As a manager, you need to add the none-work activities such as holidays, sick days, overtime or any other leave type, to the timesheet.

To Create none-work activities:

1. Select Settings Icon and Absences/WorkType  

2. Click + Add Absences/Other Types Button and give a name such as (Holiday, Sick, or Overtime) and a unique key for the type.


Now your employees are able to log work against those types.

To Log time on the newly created activities:

1. Select Log Button in the Timesheet view

2. Click Absence/Others Button and log time

Generate report for administration

Export the timesheet of your employees with all working and time-off hours, and send it directly to the HR department or accountancy.
